About the project

To promote science education to society in general, and especially to the youth, the project “Lectures of the Future” is being permanently organized under the auspices of UNESCO for the last 3 years. The project means providing for an open lecture for students from 16 to 25 years old on the topic of your research, Q&A session and some time for motivation speech. As well, official visits to various institutions and other events related to your interest and professional background can be included. For instance, after the lecture, our guests usually attend the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, governmental institutions, well-known universities, big companies, state enterprises, etc.
About us
UNESCO Centre “Junior Academy of Science of Ukraine” (JASU) is a governmental scientific and educational organization, working as the extracurricular centre for middle and high school-aged students and teachers gathering around 250,000 of Ukrainian school students engaged in science and research activities. JASU is the 2nd category centre of UNESCO for development science education in the world. According to UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), JASU must build communication in three directions: government, science, and business. JASU is well recognizable educational provider both in Ukraine and abroad and is a prominent partner for international cooperation and joint projects.
The non-governmental organization “European Junior Academy of Sciences” (NGO EuroJAS) is a member of the MILSET movement, was founded in 2015 by members of the “Junior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine” Alumni. EuroJAS opens up new opportunities for talented young people to maintain their thirst for knowledge and inspires young Ukrainians, expands their scientific potential, and gives them opportunities for professional growth and self-development.
